TYSON, Judge. Bobby D. Prince was charged by indictment with the robbery of Clifford Farley by taking some $3383.00 in currency and in
property from his person, and by putting him in fear, etc. Following a jury trial in the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court, he was
found guilty of robbery and sentenced to fifteen years and one day in the penitentiary. The evidence presented by the State,
which consisted of the testimony of the robbery victim, Clifford Farley, and a written confession found by the trial court
to have been voluntarily given by the appellant, was sufficient to sustain his conviction.
